Shutter Speed

In this activity we had to capture movement and we had to find out what shutter speed did. Two things I learned was that shutter speed effects is light and movement. On our camera's shutter speed is represented by seconds and fractions of a second. There are two modes on our camera's that allow us to manipulate shutter and they are Manual (M) and Shutter speed (S), and the differences between them are in M you can change every aspect of your picture such as F-stop, shutter speed and ISO but in S you can only change ISO and Shutter speed. The reason you would want to control the shutter speed is if you want to pan great or just to take a awesome picture. The darker it is you want to use a higher shutter speed and the brighter it is, the lower your shutter speed is, and if you couldn't change it then your pictures would turn out bad. In my pictures the blurry one is when we studied how to pan which means when someone is moving you want to have them clear but everything else blurry. The other one is when we adjusted ISO and Shutter speed.
